Day two of the summer mini sessions looked iffy. After the crazy heat we had the day before, the storms rolled in and threatened all day long. Luckily, they held off on Plum Island, although we could see them a little further north of us. They came close enough that we could feel the air and wind shift, and everything cooled right down.
The Freeman Family holds the honor of being my very first session way back in 2011. Before I had even considered officially becoming a professional photographer. I had just bought my new DSLR and was just having fun getting to know it, when Erin approached me to do photos of her boys. And the rest is history!
These guys always make me laugh, and we’ve done enough sessions now, that they know how I am behind the camera. And they know me personally, so that always helps. It was yet another fun session with these two boys that are just growing up way too fast!
