After that pesky April 1 blizzard, we finally got some “springlike” weather. And by springlike I mean it reached 50. Still not super warm, but warm enough to melt the snow and not wear 18 layers of clothing.
The evening of the Janelle family’s session certainly had me thinking spring was coming. It was in the 50s, the sun was high in the sky still at 5:30-6 PM, and gave all the spring like vibes off. I met them at their beautiful home not too far from me for a family session, followed by some personal branding sessions for Mom who is a LuLaRoe consultant (check her out!). If you don’t know, I LOVE LuLaRoe, so seeing the racks and racks of clothing had me drooling.
First up, family photos, both inside and out. Their little guy is SO cute and super easy to capture. Their outdoor pictures were some of my favorites between the lighting, and the colors they wore.
While it was bathtime for the little guy, Jesse and I headed back outside to capture some her beautiful LuLa clothes and outfits.
We headed to their back deck for the remaining pictures, and I was going nuts over the light. Like seriously insane. #PhotographerProblems, am i right? But seriously. The light was amazing. And she’s a total natural in front of the camera. Makes my job easy!
Side note – if anyone can name all of the pieces of LuLaRoe clothing that was featured in this blog post, 1. I’ll be really impressed, but 2. I’ll give the first person to name all of the pieces $25 off their next booked session with me (full-session, not a mini). Enter in comments! 🙂
