I feel like we had a really chilly spring this year. Typically, in early May, New England spring weather is sunny and in the low sixties. However, for much of early May, it seemed to barely break 40, and it was WET and raw. Not cool, Mother Nature. The morning of the Milne Family’s session was slightly warmer than 50, but still just chilly enough to warrant jumping around and wrapping ourselves in jackets in between shots.
Despite the cold, gray conditions, we had a lovely time. I first met the Milne’s (well, Hallie) during Hallie’s senior portrait session last summer. It’s hard to believe that since our session, she’s graduated high school and is getting ready to head off to college. I had a blast with Hallie during her session, and was really happy when mom booked me for a family session. We laughed a lot, and made the best of the not so great weather conditions. I seriously have the best families! 🙂
